Mobile User Opt-In
Mobile industry regulations require messaging service providers such as MCP to obtain the consent of mobile users prior to including them in mobile campaigns. Subscribers must "opt-in" before being able to participate in a mobile content program.

MCP adheres to the aforementioned requirements and has designed the iDMS Platform and our associated business practices with opt-in/opt-out controls. This means with the initial opt-in requirement, the mobile subscriber is also given the option to opt-out at their discretion.

Furthermore, MCP will not disclose, share or trade any contact information with any outside entities, for any reason MCP is adamant about providing our iDMS system to our clients in strict accordance with MMA regulations. We have a zero-spam policy.

This is part of our on going commitment to CAN-SPAM and Federal Trade Commission telemarketing laws and guidelines as well as those guidelines described in MMA Global standards. Our anti-SPAM policy guarantees that our users will only receive messaging and other forms of communication from us for which they have specifically signed up.

The Opt in Process
Mobile phone users opt-in for your MCP powered services in number of different ways. The first and most prevalent way is through a link on your webpage leading to an MCP web portal for message reipient information entry and processing. MCP can assist your organization with the creation of the web page link. The second most common way is through your organization collecting and compiling user phone information, and once collected uploading to our iDMS platform. The third method of opt-in involves the message recipient sending a text message directly from their cell phone to the MCP platform. MCP can also work with you in creating promotional materials to insure high opt-in rates.
