The iDMS provides a Web-based front-end for administrators to access account management functions and the MCP iDMS Message Center. The message center portal allows administrator personnel to specify messaging content, date and time-of-day of delivery as well as specific recipients or entire pre-defined groups of recipients. MCP iDMS system reporting and analytics functions are also accessed through this Web-based interface.

The functions of the iDMS Administration Web Portal are summarized below:

• Organizational Account Management - administrative users, passwords, etc.
• Message and Content Creation - create messages, schedule message release, add recipients (users or groups)
• Manage Opt-In Lists - arrange opt-ed in users into one or more groups to allow segmented message delivery
• Manage Message Templates - create standard-use message bodies that can be re-used in same or similar situations
• Manage Keywords - create keywords and actions for inbound messages from mobile users that contain certain words
• Access Reporting and Analytics - monitor real-time in-bound and out-bound message traffic as well as run data-mining reports for trend analysis on past activity
